FOUNDING DIRECTORS
Christina Pritchard
Christina is one of the founding directors of Meta-LUCID Limited,
founded in 2007 and uses her experiences to design, deliver and provide
support to clients specifically around talent management strategy.
Often this involves working with and coaching senior management teams,
and facilitating board-level strategic alignment workshops to
multi-lingual audiences, applying simple yet effective methodologies
to resolve the complexities of organisational challenges.
In addition to her client work, Chris manages the network of Associates
and is responsible for sourcing, hiring, developing and retaining using
Topgrading to maintain the rigour required to meet and add value to
all Meta-LUCID’s clients.
Mark McCarthy
Mark is also a founding director of Meta-LUCID Limited. He leads the firm’s business and marketing plans as well as advising on all areas of sales strategy for his clients. Focused on understanding how high performance can become a discipline in the B2B, complex, multi-relationship sales environment. Investigating sales organisations as complex adaptive systems (CAS) and how luck and randomness can affect performance at both an individual and organisational level. How to approach the learning and developmental needs of sales leadership that drives affirmative and predictable performance improvements with a “fluid future state” mentality. Constantly in search of innovators and boundary spanners who need to experiment and gain purposeful knowledge. Mark is also certified Fellow at the Association for Business Psychology (FABP), and Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
