Focused on understanding how high performance can become a discipline in the B2B, complex, multi-relationship sales environment. Investigating sales organisations as complex adaptive systems (CAS) and how luck and randomness can affect performance at both an individual and organisational level. How to approach the learning and developmental needs of sales leadership that drives affirmative and predictable performance improvements with a “fluid future state” mentality. Constantly in search of innovators and boundary spanners who need to experiment and gain purposeful knowledge.
