I have had the pleasure and experience of working with both Mark & Christina for well over 10 years now, both directly as Meta-LUCID and initially with Forum Corporation from 2004. I am delighted to provide testimony to the success of the work they have been engaged to deliver, particularly supporting my global leadership roles in Sales & Marketing at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). They led the design, support and facilitation to improve new Sales Development and Client Retention with a focus on optimising profitability, by selecting the right clients and the development of the right strategies to win and to retain existing global client relationships.

This program proved to be hugely successful in terms or results and extraordinarily popular with the Sales & Client Management teams. The program, with several iterations & enhancements remains in place and relevant today.
