Christina is one of the founding directors of Meta-LUCID Limited, founded in 2007 and uses her experiences to design, deliver and provide support to clients specifically around talent management strategy.
Often this involves working with and coaching senior management teams, and facilitating board-level strategic alignment workshops to multi-lingual audiences, applying simple yet effective methodologies to resolve the complexities of organisational challenges.
In addition to her client work, Chris manages the network of Associates and is responsible for sourcing, hiring, developing and retaining using Topgrading to maintain the rigour required to meet and add value to all Meta-LUCID’s clients.
Mark is also a founding director of Meta-LUCID Limited. He leads the firm’s business and marketing plans as well as advising on all areas of sales strategy for his clients.
